Gregory is a civil and concrete contractor operating on industrial and mission-critical projects across the country. Concrete is central to what we do, and the batch plant is where it starts. Our plant operations team is responsible for producing consistent, quality concrete that meets the specifications of some of the most demanding construction projects in the industry. Data centers, industrial facilities, large-scale civil infrastructure.
Plant operations roles at Gregory include batch plant operators, plant technicians, and the support personnel who keep a concrete production operation running efficiently and safely. This is technical, production-focused work that requires attention to detail, a solid understanding of mix composition and material properties, and the discipline to maintain quality control across every load.
What We Expect From You
We expect our plant operations professionals to take quality seriously. The people who do this work well understand the downstream consequences of what comes out of that plant and treat every mix accordingly.
Beyond quality, we expect strong communication with the project teams and field crews depending on the plant’s output. Schedules on our job sites are tight. Our plant operations team needs to be organized, responsive, and proactive about communicating production status, delays, or material issues before they become problems in the field.
