What does an Internship at Gregory Actually Looks Like?
Gregory operates across the country on large-scale civil and concrete construction projects in the mission critical and industrial markets. When you intern or co-op with us, you’re working on those projects alongside the people running them. Depending on your background and interests, that might put you in the field with a project superintendent, in the office supporting a project manager, or working through the administrative and engineering side of how a major construction project gets managed from contract to closeout.
We don’t bring students in to watch. We bring them in to work. You’ll have real responsibilities, real deadlines, and real people counting on you to follow through. That’s how you actually learn this industry.
Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for college students studying construction management, civil engineering, or a related field who want to see how a growing civil construction company operates from the inside. You don’t need to have everything figured out, but you do need to show up ready to learn, ask good questions, and put in an honest effort.
Summer internships run annually. Co-op opportunities are available throughout the year for students whose academic programs include a work rotation. If your school has a co-op program and construction is where you want to build your career, Gregory is worth a serious look.
