Construction Craft Professional Careers

Gregory Construction is hiring determined and experienced craft professionals who show up, work hard, and want to be part of a crew that takes pride in what they build.

What These Roles Look Like at Gregory

We do civil and concrete construction including but not limited to site development, wet and dry utilities, concrete structures, and infrastructure for some of the largest industrial and mission-critical projects in the country. The work is physical, technical, and demanding. We run projects across the US, which means you will have the opportunity to work on jobs that most crews never get close to.

Our field teams are the reason we have the reputation we do. Owners and general contractors keep coming back to Gregory because our people show up ready to work and they do it the right way. That standard starts in the field, and it’s something we take seriously on every project we put our name on.

What We Expect From You

We expect you to show up on time, work safe, and give an honest day’s work. That’s the baseline. Beyond that, we’re looking for people who take pride in their craft, communicate with their foreman and crew, and want to get better at what they do. Construction is a skilled trade, and we treat it that way.

If you’re new to the industry, we want to see a genuine willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. If you’re experienced, we want to see that experience backed up by how you carry yourself on the job. At Gregory, your work speaks for itself, and the people who perform get noticed.

What You Can Expect From Us

We’re a faith-forward company, and what that means on the ground is straightforward: we treat our people fairly, we’re honest with them, and we invest in the ones who invest in us. We don’t believe in running people into the ground and replacing them. We’d rather develop them.

In 2025, we paid out nearly two million dollars in performance bonuses through our Pursuit of Excellence Bonus Program to frontline laborers and crew members, not just management. When a project performs well, the people who built it share in that. We also invest heavily in equipment and technology, which means you’re working with modern tools that are well-maintained.

We’re growing fast, nearly doubling in size this year alone, and that growth creates opportunity for field professionals who are ready to step into more responsibility. We promote from within when the person is ready, and we work to get them there.
