Gregory Construction is hiring experienced, heavy equipment operators and haul truck drivers for civil construction projects across the country.
The Work We Do
Gregory Construction runs large-scale mission critical and industrial projects. Our scope on these jobs includes mass excavation, site development, utility installation. These are projects that demand operators who know their machines well, are capable of read a grade, and keep production moving safely, and on schedule.
Our equipment operator roles are built around the people who move the dirt and get the site ready for everything that comes after.
What We Expect From You
We’re looking for operators with verifiable experience: at least two years on heavy equipment in civil construction, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to job sites as needed. We work across multiple states, so flexibility matters.
Beyond the hours, we expect you to take your pre-shift inspections seriously, communicate with your crew, and run your machine the right way. Production matters on our jobs, but not more than safety. Operators who cut corners on either don’t last long here, and we’re upfront about that.
