Service is fundamental to our Mission. By serving the communities where we work we can have a real impact on our world. We are proud to partner in prayer and service with local charities and non-profits to make our communities better places to live, work, and worship.
We believe in supporting our team members and our community during life’s most challenging moments. When an employee experiences the loss of a loved one or faces an unexpected hardship, we step in with practical support—whether through financial assistance, care baskets, or simply the gift of time off.
Beyond our workplace, we are deeply committed to serving our neighbors. One of our ongoing efforts is the Pantry Box at Sim Scott Park, which we restock weekly with food to help local families in need. In addition, we host several community events throughout the year, including Picnic in the Park, a fun-filled day for children, and Turkeys in the Park, where families receive a free turkey and all the fixings the Friday before Thanksgiving.
