What We'Re LookIng For
We’re looking for technicians with demonstrated experience diagnosing and repairing heavy construction equipment. Hydraulic systems, undercarriage, power train, electrical, the more you know, the more valuable you are here. Experience with Komatsu equipment and familiarity with telematics and smart machine technology is a plus, though not required for every role.
Beyond the technical skills, we expect our technicians to communicate clearly and promptly. A problem that gets flagged early is manageable. The same problem that gets ignored until it becomes a breakdown in the middle of a project is not. Our technicians understand the difference and act accordingly.
Depending on the role, willingness to travel may be required. Gregory operates across multiple states and some of our technician positions go where the fleet is.
