Aaron began working in construction at a young age alongside his father, who was employed by a local civil construction company. As a teenager, he gained hands-on experience in the field before moving into estimating and project management. At 21, Aaron made the decision to start his own construction company, with his father later joining him. Since founding Gregory Construction in 2007, Aaron has led the company through both steady growth and challenging economic cycles, while building a team rooted in culture and committed to excellence. He credits the company’s success to the guidance of the many mentors who invested in him along the way and, more importantly, to a faith-centered foundation that continues to shape how the company leads, works, and grows.
